- 100 total (70M/30E-OIF) people attending Sunday prayer meeting

- 50 Sunday worship time prayer warriors

- 90 people joining “Day of Fasting and Prayer” & “40-days of prayer”

- 100 people joining 3 Church-wide NOP

- At least 2/3 of the cell groups has their own prayer meeting

Rescue Center:

- 80 people come to Christ (75/5)

- 80 new students welcomed, retain at least 40

- 1 regular mercy ministry started

Training Center:

- 110 discipleships (100/10)

- 10 new level-1 (EQS) disciple makers

- 5 more adult Sunday School teachers trained

- 1 cell Leadership basic training (10x)

- 1 cell leaders advance training (4x)

- 4 Next Steps training meetings

- 1 more elder appointed

- 95% of members all serving actively

- Every ministry add 3 more coworkers

Sending Center:

- 2 short-term missions teams sent

- 10 people commit their lives to missions

- 1unit sent out

- Special Missions fund goal reached

- Missions budget for 2009 reach 35% of general budget

Family Center:

- 25 healthy cell/fellowship groups

- Sunday attendance 300 (200/100)

- At least 3 marriage restored to good health

- 2 pastors added
