80 people come to Christ
80 new students welcomed, retain at least 40
1 regular mercy ministry started
1 church plant started

Training Center:
100 discipleships
10 new level-1 (EQS) disciple makers
10 more adult Sunday School teachers trained
15 more cell group leader/assistant trained
10 Next Steps training meetings
1 more elder appointed
95% of members all serving actively

Sending Center:
2 short-term missions teams sent
15 people commit their lives to missions,
1unit sent out
Special Missions fund goal reached
Missions budget for 2008 grows
1 new regional missions work started

Family Center:
25 healthy cell groups,  all have coworkers
Sunday attendance reach 250 adults in PCCO
1 parent training and Loving your spouse
1 strong youth group started
7 families/couples attended a good conference
3 marriages restored to healthy growth
1 pastor and 1 pastoral intern added to staff
